Retained Search Services
For senior leadership and other high-impact positions.
Retained search is an ideal solution when in-depth research and analysis is required to identify, source and vet candidates. We initiate the process by developing an in-depth understanding of the position, organization and the type of individual desired. Using this data, we design a custom search strategy.
The majority of our time is spent identifying talent, sourcing, screening and interviewing the candidate pool to select the highest-caliber, most-qualified candidates for your review. We provide regular status reports throughout the search process to keep you informed of the work being done and results being achieved.
Our retained search services greatly reduce the time you will spend identifying candidate competencies, and allows you to focus your time on selecting the “best fit.”
For staff-level positions through middle management.
Contingency search is a preferred solution when sourcing strategies are not as complex and when multiple recruiting methods are being used. Just like a retained search, Honer and Associates will initiate the process by developing an in-depth understanding of the position, organization and the type of individual desired. We also develop a custom search strategy for each search.
With contingency search, we typically evaluate fewer candidates and provide less reporting prior to client interviews. Every candidate we refer will have completed a personal interview, technical interview and have been assessed to meet or exceed your requirements. Fees are charged only when you hire a candidate represented and referred by Honer and Associates.
